We are committed to maintaining a Supply Chain Diversity Program to enhance economic opportunities for client, minority, women, LGBTQ+, veteran, and disability-owned businesses. To be considered as a future supplier for us, submit a Supplier Registration Form.
Employee-Led Resource Groups (ERGs)
Since their inception in 2020, our employee-led resource groups continue to grow. Each ERG offers unique opportunities for personal and professional development, connection with colleagues, and an environment where all JFG associates are empowered to succeed.

The Advocating Pride ERG advocates on behalf of LGBTQ+ associates both in and outside of the workplace.
The Empowering Disabled Persons ERG creates a space and platform that provides advocacy and resources for associates who are disabled and empowers allies through ongoing education and community involvement.

The Inspiring Women ERG creates an environment that advocates for and empowers women in all stages of their personal and professional lives.
The Saluting Those Who Serve ERG embraces, supports and empowers our proud JFG veterans and military affiliated community.
The UPOC ERG aims to provide an environment where people of color feel represented, supported and respected, and to foster an overarching organizational culture of diversity and inclusion.

Hear From Our Associates
“I am excited to see JFG take a proactive approach to discovering the needs of all its employees and creating an open-minded culture. Keeping the momentum going will be key to ensuring JFG is always a diverse and supportive place to work.”
– Becky, ERG Leader of Advocating Pride

“The Women’s ERG is a place I can go to find answers to many of the questions I have in regards to advancing my career. The women in the group are easy to talk to and offer great advice whether it is career related or personal challenges. I now feel that I have a strong network of women…and that is priceless.
